Friendly staff, clean room, with two free water bottles and a breakfast voucher for delicious menu options, which made my stay enjoyable and convenient for exploring the city just 6 km from the nearest airport.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was conveniently located. Our teenage kids had a blast at Lakelse Lake, which is perfect for swimming and fishing. The free breakfast was a fantastic bonus, especially those made-to-order omelettes!

My kids wished the pool area had more family-friendly activities during our stay.

During my stay, I loved that I could walk to Kitselas Canyon National Historic Site and the scenic Kalum River, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. plus, the breakfast staff was super friendly and made the mornings bright with their delicious omelets.

helpful staff

the breakfast was exceptional at best western, with made-to-order omelettes and real dishes used. the room was well-equipped with a fridge and a large tv. the staff were courteous and helped keep track of our car and trailer, which was fantastic.

It was just a great match for a quick layover in Terrace with good value. The free breakfast had made-to-order omelettes that were awesome. Make sure to check if everything in your room is working before settling in.

I had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed skiing at Shames Mountain Resort and relaxing at Lakelse Lake. The hotel rooms were newly renovated and clean. Staff were friendly and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast could use improvement though, as the food was often cold.

The breakfast selection was disappointing, with cold food both mornings. It felt like they didn't keep the warmers on, making it pretty unappetizing.
